Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting Owned By The Gliwice Commune In The City Of Gliwice For The Years 2026-2027

The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Electrical Services And Works For The Maintenance And Operation Of Street Lighting And Lighting Elements Owned By The Gliwice Commune In The City Of Gliwice From The Date Of Expiry Of The Contract No. Um.Uk.7021.1.196.2025 Cru: 2920/25 Of September 30, 2025 And Written Notification To The Contractor Of This Fact, But No Later Than October 1, 2026 And Successively For 12 Months, But No Longer Than Until The Contractual Amount Referred To In § 6 Section 1 Of The Contract Template. Services Will Include, Among Others: Painting Lighting Poles, Maintaining Lighting Cabinets, Replacing Lighting Sources And Fixtures, Repairing Damaged Power Cables And Maintaining An Online Lighting Failure Reporting System. Construction Works Will Consist In, For Example, Rebuilding A Damaged Pole Or Lighting Cabinet And Restoring The Area To Its Original State After The Completion Of The Works. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inspect The Lighting Network Every Two Weeks And Maintain Technical Emergency Service 24 Hours A Day, Including Days Off And Holidays, In Order To Immediately Execute Orders Related To Threats To Human Life Or Property. The List Of Lighting Points With Technical Data Is Detailed In Annexes 7 And 8 To The Contract Template.
