Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Software Licenses And Subscriptions

In Accordance With Point 4 Swz:4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Software Licenses And Subscriptions Described In Detail In The Product Specification Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz In The Quantities Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.4.2. The Offered Products Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Reinstalled.4.3. The Offered Products Must Be Free From Legal Defects, Will Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, And Their Use By The Ordering Party Must Not Infringe The Intellectual Property Rights Of Any Entities. 4.4. The Provided Subscriptions And Licenses Must Be Legal, Come From The Producers Official Distribution Channel For The European Union Market, And Will Entitle The Ordering Party To Use Full, Paid Versions Of The Software For The Period Indicated In Annex 3 To Swz.4.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Software Covered By The Subject Of The Order In Digital/Electronic Form, Along With All Components Necessary To Run And Confirm The Legality Of Its Origin, Appropriate For The Distribution Model Of A Given Manufacturer (In Particular: Activation Keys, Access Codes, Or Assigning A License To The Ordering Party), Along With Activation Instructions. The Contractor Will Provide Annual Subscriptions For The Number Of Users/Licenses Described In Annex No. 1A To Swz4.6. Delivery Method:4.6.1. The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.6.2. For Microsoft 365 And Adobe Acrobat Pro: Delivery Of Licenses In The Csp / Vip Model By Assigning Them Directly To The Parent Account Indicated By The Ordering Party (Tenant Id / Adobe Admin Console). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Licenses On Newly Created External Accounts.4.6.3. Subscriptions (Especially Chatgpt, Midjourney, Canva) Must Be Unique To The Ordering Party And Not Shared With Other Entities Or Public Profiles. For Chatgpt, Canva, Perplexity, Midjourney, Grammarly, Deepl: Subscription Access Is Provided By Activating Paid Plans (Premium/Pro/Advanced) On E-Mail Addresses (Accounts) Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Ordering Partys Domain. The Contractor Covers All Tax Costs (Vat, Withholding Tax) And Transaction Costs With Producers. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Shared Accounts Or Public Profiles.4.6.4. For Xen Orchestra: Delivery Of License/Update Keys Guaranteeing Access To Official Update Repositories (Maintenance) And Manufacturers Technical Support Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.4.6.5. The Contractor Will Provide The Software Covered By The Subject Of The Order Along With All Components Necessary To Confirm The Legality Of Its Origin, E.G. Original Media, Certificate Of Authenticity, Activation Code With Activation Instructions, If Necessary To Run Them.
