The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Points 28 Of The Public Procurement Law Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Viaduct Along The District Road 5910S, Ul. Pokoj Over The Railway Tracks In Lędziny At Km 2+511 (The Middle Of The Viaduct), And Obtaining All Necessary Decisions (Including Decisions On Cutting Down Trees - If Necessary), Arrangements And Permits, As Well As Decisions From The Relevant Architectural Authority (Building Permits Or, If Possible, Notifications For Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Or A Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment - Zrid) In Order To Implement The Investment. The Reconstruction Of The Facility (Viaduct) Will Consist In Demolition Existing And Construction Of A New Facility (Viaduct). The Design Documentation Should Include Design And Implementation Solutions For The Reconstruction Of The Viaduct Along The District Road 5910S, Ul. Pokoju Over The Railway Tracks In Lędziny At Km 2+511 (Center Of The Viaduct). Design Assumptions: 1) Length Of The New Facility - Approx. 45 M, 2) Reconstruction Of Access Roads Only Resulting From The Correction Of The Gradeline On The Facility, 3) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Along The Facility. Design Documentation Will Be Used To Describe Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Construction And Technical Design Must Be Prepared Together With All Other Studies Necessary To Conduct The Procedure For Construction Works And Their Implementation. Therefore, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Relevant Regulations In Force In This Regard, In Particular: - The Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, - Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads, - Methods Of Cost Estimation Of Structures And Construction Works, - Methods And Basis For Preparation Investors Cost Estimate. Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Documentation) Should Include: - Land Development Design With A Technical Description, - Construction Design With The Required Calculations, Research, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Special Provisions And Certificates Referred To In The Construction Law, - Executive Design, - Demolition Design Of The Existing Facility Along With An Inventory, - Replacement Planting Design (In The Case Of Felling Trees), - Geodetic Documentation To The Necessary Extent, - Geodetic Bases, - Real Estate Division Project For Plots (Or Parts Thereof) Occupied By The Road, Planned Road Strip (If The Zrid Procedure Is Selected For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question), - Geological And Engineering Documentation, Prepared On The Basis Of Geological Drilling, Including Information On The Impacts Of Mining, - Materials For The Application For
