The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 28 Of The Public Procurement Law Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Needs Of Changing The Road System Regarding The Connection Of District Road 5924S, Ul. Settlement And Street Forest Colony In Chełm Śląski. The Preliminary Design Guidelines Were Specified In The Design Concept For The Implementation Of The Task In Question And Present Possible Solutions For The Road Connection Between The District Road 5924S, Ul. Kolonia Leśna And Ul. Settlement In Chełm Śląski. The Subject Order Includes The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Which Should Include Design And Implementation Solutions In The Field Of: - A New Facility Enabling Crossing The Railway Line, Taking Into Account The Existing Route Of The Railway Line And Road Infrastructure - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Regulations On Road And Railway Traffic Safety, - Designing A Road System With A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Ensuring A Smooth Connection Of The District Road 5924S, Street Kolonia Leśna From Ul. A Settlement In Chełm Śląski. The Scope Presented In The Concept Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Descriptive Scope Of The Project Is Not A Closed List, And The Contractor Has The Opportunity To Present His Own Proposals For Additional Solutions In This Study. The Design Documentation Will Be Used To Describe Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 103 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Due To The Above, The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Relevant Regulations In Force In This Regard, In Particular: - The Scope And Form Of The Construction Design, - Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads, - Methods Of Cost Estimation Of Facilities And Construction Works, - Methods And Bases For Preparing The Investors Cost Estimate. Design Documentation (Construction And Executive) Should Include: - Land Development Design Along With Technical Description, - Construction Design Together With The Required Calculations, Tests, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Special Provisions And Certificates Referred To In The Construction Law, - Detailed Design, - Replacement Planting Design (In The Case Of Tree Felling), - Geodetic Documentation To The Necessary Extent, - Geodetic Bases, - Real Estate Division Design For Plots (Or Parts Thereof) Occupied By The Planned Road (In The Case Of Choosing The Zrid Procedure For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question), - Geological And Engineering Documentation, Prepared On The Basis Of Geological Drilling, Including Information On The Impact Of Mining, - Materials For An Application For Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions - Consent To Implement The Project, Along With Obtaining A Decision Or Confirmation That Ther
