The Subject Of The Order (Stage I) Is The Construction Of A Workshop-Office Building And A Garage-Warehouse Building As Well As The Necessary Technical Infrastructure Of The Area For The Needs Of The Road Circuit In Łowicz. As Part Of The First Stage Of The Order, The Following Should Be Performed:1. Demolition Of Existing Facilities: - Demolition And Disposal Of Existing Steel Shelters - 3 Pieces - Demolition And Disposal Of An Existing Brick Farm Building With Dimensions Of 5.6 X 4.15 M And A Height Of Approx. 2.5 M, Along With The Transfer Of The Power Connection2. Construction Of: - Workshop And Office Building - A Building In Which There Will Be Workshop, Office, Hygiene And Sanitary, Social, Economic And Technical Rooms Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, - Garage And Warehouse Building - An Auxiliary Building For Services, There Will Be Four Garage Stalls. - Loading Ramp - Intended For Loading Vehicles With Bulk Materials For Winter Maintenance Of Roads - Monolithic Walls Around Storage Yards - Designed Walls Surrounding The Yards For Storing Loose Materials For Winter Road Maintenance On Yards. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes Construction And Technical Documentation In Detail In The Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwiorb) Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works Is The Building Permit - Decision No. 472/2025 Of November 28, 2025 And The Attached Design Documentation Prepared By Akint Sp. Z O.
