1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medicinal And Other Products - Task No. 1.2. A Detailed Description And Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Calculation Of The Total Value Of The Order For Task No. 1, Constituting Annex 2A To The Swz And In The Contract Template (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz). 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4. Deliveries, Including Bringing And Unloading The Goods, Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Expense And Risk To The Warehouse Ordering Partys Pharmacy In Packaging That Protects The Quality Of The Delivered Goods And Meets The Conditions Of Transport, Receipt And Storage.
