Godzianów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes, Among Others: • Organizing The Construction Site And Carrying Out The Works, • Organizing And Carrying Out The Necessary Acceptance And Completing The Documentation Covering The Scope Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, • Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works And Handing It Over To The Ordering Party No Later Than The Date Of Final Acceptance, • Preparing As-Built Documentation, • Performing Annual Inspections Of The Subject Of The Contract, On The Dates Agreed With The Ordering Party, During The Warranty Period, • Preparing Photographic Documentation Of The Stages Of Task Implementation, Which Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party Upon Final Acceptance, • Completing All Formalities, Permits And Acceptances, Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law, • Developing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Work, • Installing And Replacing Road Signs. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicate A Specific Material, Product Or Device, Or A Reference To A Specific Standard, This Should Be Treated As A Technical And Quality Guideline And In Relation To The Parameters, Or Data, Standards (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Technical Documentation, Directly Or Indirectly Identifying The Material, Product Or Device, Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters And Standards Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Technical Documentation, Functionally Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
