The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of Part Of The Building Of The Jedlicze Commune Office In Order To Adapt It To The Conditions Of Protective Shelter Under The Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Facility In Question Is An Existing Protective Structure Located In The Basement Of The Building Of The Jedlicze Commune Office, Intended For Temporary Hiding Of People In Emergency Situations. The Scope Of The Task Is The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of Existing Rooms To The Currently Applicable Regulations And Technical Requirements For Protective Structures, In Particular To Ensure The Safety Of Users. The Task Includes Adapting The Rooms To The Requirements For The U-1 Concealment Resistance Category, While Maintaining The Current Function Of The Facility.2. The Scope Of The Task Mainly Includes: 1) Demolition Works, 2) Construction And Masonry Works, 3) Replacement Of Windows And Doors, 4) Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings; 5) Installation Of Electrical Installations, 6) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System (Total Protection) Along With Acoustic-Acoustic-Optical Signaling, 7) Installation Of A Lan Network, 8) Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System, 9) Equipping The Facility With Fire Extinguishers In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service Of May 13, 2026.10) Making The Necessary Markings In The Facility.11) Purchasing An Evacuation Mat.3.
