1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil In The Expected Amount Of 50,000.00 Liters For Gminne Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In The Following Types: Summer, Transitional And Winter, Meeting The Relevant Polish Standards In This Respect.2. Order Code According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary: 09134100-8 Diesel Fuel.3. Diesel Oil Should Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels. The Technical And Chemical Parameters Of The Supplied Fuels Cannot Be Worse Than Those Specified In The Annexes To The Above-Mentioned Regulation, And The Delivered Fuel Must Comply With The Currently Applicable Polish Standards And Legal Provisions In This Regard On The Day Of Delivery.4. The Fuel Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Fuel Storage Tank (Distributor) Of The Ordering Party Using Road Tankers Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Act Of August 19, 2011 (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, No. 227, Item 1367, As Amended) On The Transport Of Dangerous Goods, Including, Among Others, A Legalized Measuring Installation.5. With Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Fuel Quality Certificate Issued By The Manufacturer Or An Accredited Laboratory And Proof Of Fuel Issue. The Fuel Quality Certificate Must Confirm The Fulfillment Of All Parameters Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels.6. The Ordering Party Has A Tank For The Storage And Internal Distribution Of Diesel Oil With A Capacity Of 2,500.00 Liters, 1 Pc.7. The Estimated Volume Of A Single Order Of Diesel Oil For The Ordering Partys Tank Will Be Approximately 2,000 Liters: 1-2 Times A Month.8. The Contractor Bears The Risk And All Costs Of Transporting The Fuel To The Place Of Order Fulfillment, As Well As The Costs Of Insurance Of The Delivery Item And The Costs Of Moving The Fuel From The Means Of Transport To The Tank (Distributor) Of The Ordering Party.9. The Indicated Amount Of Fuel Constitutes Only The Potential Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Orders For A Larger Quantity Of Fuel Than Specified Below Or To Purchase A Smaller Quantity, However, The Ordering Party Estimates That It Will Purchase 80% Of The Specified Quantity Of Fuel.10. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Above-Ground Tank With A Capacity Of 2,500.00 Liters Located At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At: Karolewo 33, 11-400 Kętrzyn
