The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation Together With Obtaining All Administrative Decisions/Notifications, Necessary Arrangements And Opinions, And The Performance Of Construction Works Based On It, Consisting In The Modernization Of The Existing Indoor Permanent Ice Rink With The Function Of A Multi-Sports Pitch In Kościan. The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Including The Architectural Concept With Visualization And Executive Design) Together With The Preparation Of Materials For Submitting An Application In Order To Obtain A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Final Building Permit Or Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works, Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Other Administrative Decisions Necessary To Complete The Task In Question, Developing An Offer Cost Estimate Using The Detailed Calculation Method Of The Entire Investment Along With Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior),2) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By The Contractor Based On The Functional And Utility Program On The Basis Of Relevant Legal Provisions And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.
