The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1626K Kasinka Mała - Węglówka - Kasina Wielka At Km 6+876 To Km 8+576 In The Town Of Kasina Wielka - Construction Of A Sidewalk With Street Lighting.2. The Order Covers In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Construction Of A Storm Sewerage System Draining The District Road, 4) Construction Of Street Lighting, 5) Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications Network, 6) Construction Of A Sidewalk, 7) Surface Works, 8) Construction Of Roadsides, 9) Installation Of Signs And Traffic Safety Devices, 10) Finishing Works, 11) Preparation Of Temporary Documentation For Changing The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Task And Development As-Built Geodetic Documentation On A Scale Of 1:500. 3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Were Specified In The Procedure Documentation, In Particular In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months For The Works Performed, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Period Exceeding The Minimum Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Point 21.2(2) Of The Swz.
