5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services With Individual Dietary Recommendations: 1) For The Primary School Of The Local Government School Complex In Roczyny, Located At Ul. Szkolna 10 - Soup And A Main Course With Compote2) For The Kindergarten At The Local Government School Complex In Roczyny, Located At Ul. Szkolna 10 - For Children 3-6 Years Old - A Full Set: Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Soup And Main Course With Compote, Afternoon Tea. For The Purposes Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Lend The Ordering Party A Four-Chamber Heater For The Duration Of The Contract (With Independent Temperature Control For Each Chamber For Transport Containers With Meals - 1 Pc., The Ordering Party Will Serve Lunches During Several Breaks Between Classes) And A Thermometer For Measuring The Temperature Of Food. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With 5 Liters Of Cleaning Agents Intended For The Catering Dishwasher And Steamer On The First Day Of Each Month. In The Event Of A Dishwasher Failure During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Lend The Dishwasher To The Ordering Party. 5.1.1 Sets Of Meals Intended For The Kindergarten5.1.1.1 List Of Breakfast Sets For The Kindergarten [...] Due To The Limited Number Of Characters, The Full Text In Swz 5.6 The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Meals Delivered On Individual Days May Vary. 5.7 The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Number Of Meals Required To Be Delivered Every Day By 8.15 A.M. At The Latest. The Number Of Meals Will Vary Depending On The Childrens Attendance And The Number Of Dinners Declared. The Contractor Cannot Submit Any Claims For A Change In The Number Of Meals Or A Change In The Number Of Days Planned To Provide The Service, And This Cannot Be The Basis For Changing The Terms Of The Contract. 5.8 All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Legal Regulations And The Following Requirements: 5.8.1 The Contractor Will Prepare Meals In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Including The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, 5.8.2 The Order Of Implementation Of The Sets And Their Combinations Will Be Determined By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party (Diversity And Uniqueness Of Daily Nutritional Sets Are Recommended), 5.8.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Food Diets Depending On The Individual Needs Of Children, In Accordance With The Information Received From The Ordering Party (E.G.
