Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, The Bills Of Quantities Have An Auxiliary Function; - Decision Of The Wieliczka Staroste On The Building Permit - Annex No. 13 To Swz.5. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.
