1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Construction Of Słoneczna Street In Chomęcice.2. The Design Documentation Includes The Construction Of Słoneczna Street In Chomęcice: Approx. 725 M Long, Roadway Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, Pedestrian Roads (Sidewalks), Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Reconstruction Of Lighting And Removal Of Possible Collisions With The Existing Infrastructure. The Investment Is Located In The Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poznań County, In The Komorniki Commune. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, In Particular: 1) Development Of An Updated Master Map For Design Purposes, 2) Development Of A Construction Design, Which Includes: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design: • Road Industry Design, • Sanitary Industry Design (Rainwater Drainage), • Industry Designs - Removal Of Possible Collisions, • Roadside Greenery Design Along With A 2-Year Maintenance Plan, • Demolition Design - If It Occurs Necessity,• Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection,3) Technical Design Covering All Industries,4) Geological And Engineering Documentation/Geotechnical Opinion,5) Division Designs, 6) Other Studies/Documents Necessary To Implement The Project,7) Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Opinions Required To Obtain A Zrid Decision With Immediate Feasibility,8) Analysis Of The Areas Infrastructure And Taking Into Account The Removal Of Conflicts With Underground And Above-Ground Devices, 9) Development Of Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 10) Preparation Of Bid And Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, 11) Development And Approval Of The Target Traffic Organization Design, 12) Obtaining A Zrid Decision With Immediate Feasibility.4. Detailed Technical Guidelines For The Development Of Design Documentation Are Included In Annex No. 9 To Swz.5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Is Also Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Entrusting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Actions As For His Own.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Execution Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
