1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An External Elevator With Foundations Along With The Reconstruction Of The Rooms And Land Development, Covering Plot No. 145/1 In Serock In Accordance With The Design Documentation Prepared By Sart Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Czerwonych Maków 11, 05-800 Pruszków, Constituting Annex No. 8 To This Swz. The Elevator Is Intended To Provide Access To All Above-Ground Floors For People With Mobility Disabilities And People With Children In Strollers. 2) In Detail, The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Demolition Works Within The Scope Of The Design Documentation And Additionally Construction Of A Door Opening On The 1St Floor In The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party; B) Assembly Works Indicated In The Design Documentation Regarding The Installation Of The Elevator; C) Carrying Out Works Inside The Facility In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of Rooms, Including: - Preparation Of The Subfloor Along With Laying A New Stoneware Floor According To The Indications On The Projections Along With Places Left By The Demolished Partition Walls; - Repair Of Minor Damage, Priming And Painting Of All Walls In The Rooms Covered By The Study; - Installation Of New Door Joinery With Glass Walls, Hpl Door Joinery In Accordance With The Design And Additionally Installation Of Hpl Door Joinery In The Newly Created Opening On 1St Floor. Please Note: The Room Is Excluded From Construction And Finishing Works. 3.03 On The 2Nd Floor And Installation Of A Window On The Ground Floor In The Room. Library. D) Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture In The Social Room With Equipment (Single-Bowl Sink With Tap, Under-Counter Refrigerator); Table – Top 65X90cm, Wardrobe With Sliding Doors To Size; Colors To Be Confirmed With The Ordering Party. E) Installation Works In The Field Of Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installations. In The Scope Of Rooms Covered By The Design Documentation.3) The Number Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Task Should Be Determined On The Basis Of The Design Documentation. The Bills Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz Have An Auxiliary Function, Intended To Facilitate The Identification Of The Scope And Type Of Work. The Quantities Indicated Therein May Differ Slightly From The Actual Quantities Resulting From The Design Documentation. In The Event Of Differences Between The Design Documentation And The Bills Of Quantities, Which Are Mutually Exclusive, The Scope Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Considered As Appropriate. If There Are Scopes In The Bill Of Quantities That Do Not Result From The Documentation And Are Not Excluded By Its Provisions, They Should Be Treated As A Supplement To The Design Documentation. If The Descriptions Of The Bill Of Quantities Items Detail The Scope Of The Order, The Scope And Type/Nature Of Construction Works Resulting From The Description Of The Items Should Be Taken Into Account For Valuation.4) Existing Condition: 3-Story Building, With A Basement (Part
