1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Headquarters Of The District And District Prosecutors Office In Suwałki To The Requirements Of Fire Protection Regulations. The Building Is Located In Suwałki At Ul. General Kazimierz Pułaski 26.2. The Detailed Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Detailed Designs, Stwior, And Additionally In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Detailed Designs And Stwior Referred To In Section 2 And In The Contract Template. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Greater Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Detailed Designs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order. Underestimation, Omission And Failure To Recognize The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be The Basis For Changing The Contractors Remuneration.5. The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Assembly Works And The Installed Materials And Devices Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Ordering Party Sets It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline For Which Points Will Be Awarded In The Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Full Warranty Rights For Physical Defects Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code Within The Deadlines Specified Therein - Regardless Of Warranty Rights.6. The Contractor Declares That Each Element Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Is New, Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Not Exhibition Items And Has No Legal Or Physical Defects. 2) Has All The Necessary Approvals And Certificates And Meets The Appropriate Standards. 7. The Contractor Ensures That The Subject Of The Order Meets All The Requirements Referred To In The Technical Designs Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.8. Under The Agreement, The Contractor Is Responsible To The Ordering Party For The Delivery Of Brand New Devices And Installation Elements (Smoke Exhaust Control Unit With System Elements, Lighting Installations, Plug Socket Installations, Power Supply For The Access Control Installation And Smoke Removal Control Unit, Installed Balustrades And Handrails, Building Materials, Installed Air And Smoke Removal Windows), Free From Physical Or Legal Defects. 9. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Should Immediately Agree On The Work Schedule With The Ordering Party.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On Behalf O
