The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Golubski Market Square Along With The Development Of Green Areas, Carried Out On The Main Square Of The Old Town And In The Area Next To The Former Evangelical Church At Ul. Brodnicka In Golub-Dobrzyń As Part Of The Task Entitled Development Of The Golub Old Town. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1.1. Reconstruction Of Historic Surfaces: Roadways, Pedestrian Routes, Parking Lots And Squares, While Maintaining The Existing Communication System, By Replacing Tight Ground Surfaces With Permeable Ones, 1.2. Implementation Of A Rainwater Management System, Including: 1.2.1. Construction Of Two Underground Storage Tanks With A Capacity Of 78 M³ Each (156 M³ In Total), 1.2.2. Construction Of A New Storm Sewage System With A Total Length Of 0.2365 Km, 1.2.3. Modernization Of The Existing Storm Sewage System With A Total Length Of 0.0590 Km.1.3. Drainage Of Rainwater From Paved Surfaces By Partial Infiltration Into Green Areas And Storage In Retention Reservoirs For Reuse For Watering Green Areas, 1.4. Increasing Biologically Active Areas By Introducing Landscaped Greenery, Flowerbed Gardens And Green Belts Related To The Existing Trees, 1.5. Care And Protection Of Existing Trees, In Accordance With The Dendrological Survey, 1.6. Introduction Of Small Architecture Elements, Including: 1.6.1. Benches - 32 Pcs. 1.6.2. Waste Bins - 10 Pcs. 1.6.3. Bicycle Racks - 5 Pcs. 1.6.4. Information Boards - 4 Pcs. 1.6.5. Street Spa - 1 Pc. 1.6.6. Round And Square Pots (Various Types, Including Mobile And Bottomless) - 11 Pcs. 1.6.7. Protective Grids For Trees – 5 Pcs. 1.6.8. Lawn Fence – 129 Meters 1.6.9. Limiting Posts - 180 Pcs. 1.7. Preservation And Modernization Of The Existing Fountain By Maintaining Its Circular Form And Covering The Basin With A Sheet Of Stone With Flowing Water, 1.8. Implementation Of A Gazebo In The Form Of A Pergola As An Element Integrating Social And Recreational Functions - 4 Modules, 1.9. Implementation Of Street And Illumination Lighting And Electricity Supply.2. The Investment Area Is Under Conservation Protection (Registered Area), And Decisions Of The Relevant Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Have Been Issued For The Task, Specifying The Obligation To Conduct Archaeological Research And Archaeological Supervision. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Comprehensive Archaeological Services For The Investment, In Particular: 2.1. Conducting Archaeological Supervision Over Earthworks,2.2. Carrying Out Archaeological Research To The Extent Resulting From Administrative Decisions, 2.3. Ensuring Staff With The Required Qualifications.
