Part Of Order No. 1 - Renovation Of Rooms In The Building Of The Trzebiński Cultural Center In Trzebinia1. As Part Of Order Part No. 1, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Renovation Works In The Premises Of The Trzebiński Cultural Center Building In Trzebinia, Consisting Of: Reconstruction Of Partition Walls In Sanitary Facilities, Painting, Plastering, Replacement Of Ceramic Tiles On The Floor And Walls, Replacement Of Sanitary And Electrical Equipment, Renovation Of Water And Sewage Installations In Sanitary Facilities, Renovation Of The Electrical Installation In The Form Of Relocation Of The Lighting Installation And Installation Of Lighting Switches In The Hall Room Main And Foyer I And Foyer Ii, Replacement Of Seats In The Cinema Hall, Renovation Of The Stage And Replacement Of The Sound System And Lighting.2. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Are Specified For Part Of The Order No. 1 - Annex No. 7A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) For Part Of The Order No. 1, Including: Design Documentation - Concept, Technical Description, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Program Of Conservation Works Together With The Permit, Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary) And Technical Description Of The Equipment, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Order Are Annex No. 6A To The Swz - Draft Contract For Part Of The Order No. 1.3. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Conducting A Visit Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. The Costs Of Inspecting The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 4. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), The Draft Agreement And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor From, Among Others: From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Detected Therein, Resulting In The Possibility Of Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.5. From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Occur During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Damage Caused To Anyone During Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused. The Contractor Will Be Liable In Particular For: 1) Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Relating To The Contractors Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Area Of The Work
