1. The Subject Of The Order Is Revitalization Of Urban Space In The Center Of Leszno - Revitalization Of The Market Square. The Task In Question Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Annexes To This Program, Constituting Appendix No. 9 To Swz - Documentation.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages. Stage 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Design Work Up To And Including Obtaining A Building Permit. Design Work Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With All Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Functional And Utility Program And Annexes To The Program (Appendix No. 9 To Swz). Stage 2 Of The Subject Of The Order - Construction Works To Be Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Construction Design And The Administrative Decision Obtained, Referred To In Stage 1. 4. For Implementation Task Entitled: Revitalization Of Urban Space In The Center Of Leszno - Revitalization Of The Market Square The City Of Leszno Received Funding Under The Regional Program European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027, Application Number: Fewp.07.01-Iz.00-0049/24. Note! The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Public Procurement Procedure In Question Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 5. The Material Scope Of Stage I Includes Design Works, Based On Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5.1. As Part Of The Design Work, The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1. Obtain A Map For Design Purposes. 2. Obtaining Documents Regarding The Legal Status Of The Investment Site And Making Arrangements With The Owners Or Managers Of The Work Site. 3. Performing All Necessary Tests And Supplementary Analyzes Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of Design Documentation. 4. Development Of A Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Designs For Each Industry. 5. Development Of Executive And As-Built Designs. 6. Stwiorb Studies. 7. Carrying Out All Necessary Studies Required For The Implementation Of The Investment, Commissioning And Proper Operation, Including Possible Projects To Remove Conflicts With The Existing Underground Infrastructure; 8. Obtaining Approval Of Pzt, Pt And Pw By Wodociągi Leszczyńskie Sp. Z O. O. From Leszno And Each Element Of The Design Documentation By The Ordering Party/Supervision Inspector, As Well As All Other Arrangements, Permits And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Design And Perform Construction Works And Put The Network Into Operation; Will Obtain Consent From The Owners Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure Regarding Access To Utilities Necessary For The Period Of Carrying Out The Works. 9. Preparation Of Information Regarding The Bioz Plan. 10. Obtaining A Decision Approving The Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit. 11. Preparation Of A Detailed Bill Of Qu
