The Scope Of Work Includes: - Demolition And Disposal Of The Existing Vertical Platform And Elevator Shaft, - Delivery And Installation Of A Platform Crane (Hereinafter Referred To As The Vertical Platform) With An Electric Drive, - Performance Of The Necessary Construction, Renovation And Adaptation Works In The Building, - Removal And Disposal Of Dismantled Building Materials And Rubble, - Keeping A Construction Log In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - Obtaining Approvals And Permits For The Operation Of The Vertical Platform Required By Current Law, Together With Payment Of The Costs Of The Office Of Technical Inspection - All Works And Activities Related To The Registration Of The Vertical Platform And Admission To Operation, - Maintenance, Measurements And Tests Of The Delivered Vertical Platform For The Warranty Period In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Office Of Technical Inspection And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of 30 October 2018 On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Material Handling Equipment. The Contractor Is The Producer Of Waste Generated During The Implementation Of This Contract And Is Responsible For The Disposal Of Waste Originating From The Works.
