1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Active Playground At The Municipal Nursery In Sędziszów Małopolski. (Ii)2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Earthworks, Including Excavations, Land Profiling For Playground Surfaces And Land Elevation, 2) Reinforced Concrete Foundation Works With A Volume Of Up To 0.5 M3 For The Playground Facilities And Fences Within The Investment, 3) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment, 4) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Fencing With A Total Length Of 66.5 M, Including Three Gates 5) Delivery And Installation Of Surface Elements Made Of Sbr Rubber Block, Thickness 43 Mm, Hypertrophic Rubber Mat And Concrete Cubes At The Entrance To The Playground. 6) Delivery Of Materials And Plants For Land Development, 7) Delivery Of Equipment Not Permanently Attached To The Land, Which Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.3. The Installed Devices And Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Made In Accordance With The Pn-En 1176 Standard, While The Playground Surface (Including Overgrowth Mats) Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1177:2008 Standard. In Addition, Hypertrophic Mats Should Have A Hygienic Certificate To Confirm That The Surface Is Safe For Contact With Children.4. Due To The Fact That The Works Covered By The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of An Existing Nursery, Within A Garden Intended For Children Under 3 Years Of Age, The Contractor: 1) Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works With Particular Care And In A Way That Minimizes Any Threats To The Health And Life Of Children And Staff. It Is Prohibited To Leave Unsecured Excavations, Tools And Construction Materials Outside The Designated And Secured Work Zone. 2) Acknowledges That The Works Are Being Carried Out In A Particularly Sensitive Place Due To The Presence Of Small Children, Which Imposes The Obligation To Maintain Increased Safety Standards. 3) Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Incurred In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works, In Particular For Damage To Persons And Property Resulting From Improper Security Of The Construction Site Or The Execution Of The Works.5.
