Part 1 - Preventive Diagnostics Of Children From Families Covered By Supportthe Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Social, Training, Advisory And Therapeutic Services For Participants Of The Project Entitled: Family Is The Most Important - 2Nd Edition, Including: - For Part 1 Of The Order, The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Comprehensive Preventive Diagnostics Of Children From Families Covered By Support, Including Individual Specialist Examinations And The Development Of Recommendations For Further Therapeutic And Preventive Work. The Service Aims To Detect Developmental Difficulties Early And Support The Proper Psychophysical Development Of Children Through Diagnosis, Among Others: In The Area Of Speech Therapy, Vision, Hearing, Motor Development And Nutrition. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Qualified Specialists, Conduct Tests And Consultations For Parents/Guardians, And Prepare Individual Opinions Containing Diagnosis Results And Recommendations. The Service Will Be Provided In An Organized Manner, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party, Ensuring Appropriate Conditions For Conducting Research And Full Documentation And Evaluation Of Support. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And In Annex No. 11A To The Swz (Contract Template, Part 1 Of The Order).
