The Scope Of Work Covered By This Order Has Been Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Documentation, In Particular: A) Preparation Of An Inventory For The Purposes Of Design,B) Preparing An Architectural And Construction Design And A Technical Design,C) Preparing A Bill Of Quantitiesd) Preparing An Investors Cost Estimate And A Summary Of Costs (Zzk)E) Preparing A Technical Specificationf) Making The Necessary Arrangements For Documentation Required By Law, Agreeing With The User And The Ordering Party;G) Submitting An Application And Obtaining: A Decision On A Building Permit, Or Reporting The Construction Or Performance Of Other Construction Works,H) Providing The Ordering Party With Documentation In Paper And Electronic Versions.2) Stage Ii - Technical Consulting - Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party In Conducting The Procedure For Selecting A Contractor For The Works, Including: Answering Questions Of A Technical Nature Addressed To The Ordering Party By Potential Contractors And Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation And During The Guarantee And Warranty Period Granted By The Construction Works Contractor.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Providing The Service Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
