The Subject Of This Order Is: Comprehensive Socio-Professional Activation Of People In The Crisis Of Homelessness, As Part Of The Project Professional And Social Activation Of People At Risk Of Social Exclusion And Marginalization, In Particular Unemployed And Economically Inactive People From The Międzyrzecz Commune Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Lubuskie Program For 2021-2027 Under: Priority 6. Funds European Support For Citizens Measure 6.11 Active Socio-Professional Integration - Zit. Activities Under The Order Should Cover At Least 20 People From The Międzyrzecz Commune In A Homelessness Crisis, Including Residents Of: • Shelters, • Gazebos And Allotment Gardens, • Staircases And Other Non-Residential Places. Scope Of Activities And Support: The Scope Of Activities Includes The Implementation Of Active Socio-Professional Reintegration Of People In The Crisis Of Homelessness Or At Risk Of Homelessness, Aimed At Their Gradual Independence And Restoration Of The Ability To Function In Social And Professional Life. The Support Offered Under The Project Will Be Developed Based On A Reintegration Path, Created Individually For Each Person, Taking Into Account The Diagnosis Of The Problem Situation, Resources, Potential, Predispositions, And Needs.
