Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of High-Temperature Sterilization (Steam) Under Positive Pressure And Low-Temperature Sterilization (Plasma) Of Surgical Tools For Cpit In Bystra
The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of High-Temperature Sterilization (Steam) Under Positive Pressure And Low-Temperature Sterilization (Plasma) Of Surgical Instruments For The Pulmonology And Thoracic Surgery Center In Bystra, Which Is Described In Detail In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Section 1 Subject Of The Order, And Annex No. 2 To Swz - List Of Tools Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz - A List Of Individual Products In Sets, Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Contract. The Ordering Party Requires That The Sterilization Service Be Performed At Least In Accordance With The Act Of December 5, 2008 On Preventing And Combating Infections And Infectious Diseases In Humans And In Accordance With The Medical Devices Act Of April 7, 2022. In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Transfer Tools For High-Temperature Sterilization In The Cito Mode After Prior Telephone Notification. In Such A Case, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect The Tools Within 1 Hour From The Telephone Notification And To Perform The Service And Return The Sterile Material Within No More Than 6 Hours From The Receipt Of The Tools From The Ordering Party.
