Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Transport Services

1. The Service Includes The Provision Of Transport Services. The Transport Service Concerns The Provision Of Transport And Pick-Up Of Students Attending Primary Schools In The Grodziczno Commune.2. The Service Includes The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Part No. 1 (If Applicable), In Part No. 2 (If Applicable), The Subject Of The Order.3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 2 Parts: Part No. 1 And No. 2. Part No. 1 Was Divided Into Task No. 1 And Task No. 2. Part No. 2 Was Divided Into Task No. 1 And Task No. 2.4. In Parts No. 1 And No. 2, The Calculated Kilometer Limit Does Not Include The Arrival And Departure Of The Means Of Transport To And From The Place Of Service. This Cost Is The Contractors Expense. 5. In Part No. 1 And No. 2, The Seats Referred To In This Tor Are The Number Of Seats For Which The Vehicle Is Registered, Excluding Standing Seats And A Seating Area For The Driver.6. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Number Of Seats In The Vehicle In Which The Transport Service Is Provided: 1) Part No. 1, Task 1 - Minimum 56 Seats2) Part No. 1, Task 2 - Minimum 56 Seats3) Part No. 2, Task 1 - Minimum 56 Seats4) Part No. 2, Task 2 - Minimum 56 Seats7. Each Task From Part No. 1 Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Serviced By One Vehicle. Each Task From Part No. 2 Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Serviced By One Vehicle.8. In Part No. 1 And No. 2, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Drop Off Students On Time. All Students Transported To School Must Be Picked Up After Classes Have Ended.9. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Safety Of Transported Children, School Youth And Other Persons. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise The Greatest Care In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For Accidents And Events Of Any Type Resulting In Bodily Injury, Death Or Material Damage Caused By The Contractors Activities.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown Or Other Reasons For Which The Transport Is Carried Out. The Replacement Means Of Transport Must Meet The Conditions For A Given Part Of The Subject Of The Order Specified In This Tor. The Time For Providing A Replacement Vehicle In The Event Of A Means Of Transport Failure Is For Part No. 1 And Part 2 (According To The Contractors Declaration) .....11 Minutes. The Implementation Of Parts No. 1 And No. 2 Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place On All School Days. 12. The Time Of Delivery And Removal According To The Routes In Parts No. 1 And No. 2 Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided To The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Will Sign A Contract For The Provision Of The Service By August 31, 2026, I.E. Before The Start Of The School Year. The Pickup And Drop-Off Times According To The Routes In Parts No. 1 And No. 2 Will Be Adjusted To The Educational Activities Being Carried Out And May Change.
