The Subject Of The Order Is A Training Service Consisting In Organizing And Conducting A Category B Driving License Course For Students Of The Construction School Complex Referred By The Ordering Party. Dr. Władysław Matlakowski In Zakopane. 2. The Order Includes Group Training For A Category B Driving License Course With An Exam. 3. Due To The Fact That The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Training Services Also Provided To Students Under 18 Years Of Age, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Standards For The Protection Of Minors Referred To In The Act Of May 13, 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 110) Apply At The Place Where Theoretical Classes Are Conducted. The Ordering Party Informs That That The Standards For The Protection Of Minors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That All Persons Assigned To Perform The Order: 1) Are Not Listed In The Register Of Sexual Offense Perpetrators, 2) Have Been Verified In Accordance With Applicable Law Before Permission To Carry Out Classes. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Ensure Compliance With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors In Force At The School And In Places Where Practical Classes Are Carried Out, 2) Familiarize The Persons Assigned To Carry Out The Order With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors And Oblige Them To Comply With Them Throughout The Entire Period Of The Order, 3) Ensure That These Persons Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Contractor, At Each Stage Of Order Execution, To Submit Written Declarations Or Documents Confirming The Proper Performance Of The Obligations Referred To Above, In Particular In The Scope Of: 1) Verification Of The Persons Assigned To Perform The Order In The Required Registers, 2) Fulfillment Of The Obligations Arising From The Act Specified In This Point.4. The Contractor Will Organize And Conduct A Category B Driving License Course - Theoretical And Practical For 40 Students Of The Construction School Complex In Zakopane, Divided Into Three Groups. 5. The Training Service Will Be Provided Periodically In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To August 31, 2028, Taking Into Account The Following Assumptions: • The Course For The First Group Of Students (13 People) Will Be Carried Out In June-September 2026, • The Course For The Second Group Of Students (14 People) Will Be Carried Out In June-August 2027, • The Course For The Third Group Of Students (13 People) Will Be Carried Out Will Stay In June-August 2028.6.
