1. Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Equipment For Kcem Dom Kilar As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Katowice Center For Music Education - Dom Kilar - Permanent Exhibition. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Specification, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Delivery And Assembly Referred To Above Includes: • Transport And Unloading, • Unpacking Of The Equipment And Assembly, • Placing The Equipment/Equipment In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party/User, • Removing Packaging Related To The Delivery, • Repairing Any Damage Related To The Delivery And Assembly Of The Equipment Elements Before Reporting The Completion Of Deliveries And Acceptance, Quality Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Goods. Subject Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Guarantee On The Terms Specified In The Contract.
