The Subject Of The Order Is: The First Equipment For The Newly Established Ania Nursery In Pszów - Part 1 - Furniture And Equipment, Implemented As Part Of The Investment Entitled Reconstruction And Adaptation Of Part Of The Supply Building Of The Former Anna Mine Into A Public Nursery In Pszów, And Includes: A) Equipment For Orderlies/Cleaners, B) Kitchen Equipment, C) Bedroom Equipment, D) Bathroom Equipment And Room For Potties, E) Dining Room Equipment, F) Furniture, G) Other - Free-Standing Furniture.2. The Contractors Obligations Will Include In Particular: 1) Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order: A) Independently Dimensioning The Places Intended For Development And Adapting The Planned Development To The Updated Dimensions And Technical Conditions Of The Development, B) Submitting For The Ordering Partys Approval Samples Of Materials Or A Sample With The Proposed Colors Of Materials And Finishing Accessories (Handles, Fittings, Etc.) From Which A Given Piece Of Equipment Will Be Made.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet All Standards And Requirements Provided For By Law, In Particular Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And The Pn-En Standard Or Equivalent, Appropriate For A Given Product Range, With Particular Emphasis On Safety Standards, In Particular The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 10, 2014 On Premises And Sanitary Requirements That Must Be Met By The Premises In Which A Nursery Or Childrens Club Is To Be Run (I.E. From 2019, Journal Of Laws, Item 72) For: A) Fixed Equipment Elements Must Be At Least Difficult To Ignite And Not Emit Intense Smoke, B) The Equipment Must Have Approvals And Certificates. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Assortment, Quantity And Description Of Individual Pieces Of Equipment Is Provided In Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Cost Estimate Table, Constituting Annex No. 9.1., While The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 6.1 Entitled Designed Contractual Provisions.
