Electrical Installation Work – Technical Design Services, Technical Verification, Technical Assistance And Execution Of Electrification Works Of The Dp World Terminal -Constanța, Romania, Co-Financed Within The Framework Of The Connecting Europe Facility (Cef). The Purchaser Conducts This Open Tender In Order To Award The Contractual Agreement With The Object Of Technical Design Services, Technical Verification, Technical Assistance And Execution Of Electrification Works Of The Dp World Terminal -Constanța, Romania, Co-Financed Within The Framework Of The European Interconnection Mechanism (Cef). Therefore, The Contractual Agreement Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The General And Specific Conditions For Design And Execution Contracts, According To Annex No. 2 To Hg No. 1/2018, Especially Regarding The Duration, Quantity And Cost Of Services And Works, Thus Ensuring A Correct Use Of Available Funds, As Well As Compliance With Technical Quality Standards And Requirements In Order To Achieve The Decarbonization Targets Of Port Activities. Therefore, The Contractual Agreement Concluded Between The Contractor And The Purchaser Will Be Managed, According To The Provisions Of Gd No. 1/2018, Through The Supervisor. The Supervision Services Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Procurement, Which Will Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Purchasers Own Procurement Rules. Therefore, The Performance Of This Public Procurement Contract Will Mainly Be Based On The Contractual Agreement Concluded With The Contractor, As Well As The General And Specific Conditions Drawn Up In Compliance With Annex No. 2 To Hg No. 1/2018. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Contract That Is Intended To Be Awarded Includes The Following: • Technical Design Services, Technical Verification And Technical Assistance Provided By The Contractors Specialized Designers. • Execution Of Electrification Works Of The Terminal Located In The Zone Mol Ii-S Port Constanța Sud In Concrete Terms, The Execution Of The Works Included In The Object Of This Contractual Agreement Will Consist Of:  The Development Of An Electrical Infrastructure For All 29 Containers In The Terminal, Through The Use Of Busbar Systems,  The Creation Of A Charging Hub For The 10 Electric Head Tractors That Will Be Purchased, Consisting Of 5 Charging Stations, Which Will Represent The Starting Point For The Operation/Use Of An Infrastructure Of Recharging,  The Creation Of A Shore-Side Power Supply System For Ships, Consisting Of The Installation Of Two Cold Ironing Sockets. The Total Estimated Value Of The Purchase Is 153,406,764.07 Lei, Excluding Vat, Of Which: • Technical Design Services - 725,871.07 Lei, • Technical Verification Services - 51,847.93 Lei • Technical Assistance Services, Including Coordinator Ssm- 2,311,636.69 Lei, • Execution Of Works- 150,317,408.38 Lei. Note! As Mentioned In Section Ii.1.4) Of These Instructions, The Dtac, Including The Site Organization Project, Together With The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals/Agreements That Are The Basis For Issuing The Building Authorization Were Drawn Up By The Purchaser And The Related Amounts Are Not Included In The Estimated Value Of This Procedure
