In Order To Achieve The Targets Provided By The Legislation In Force Regarding The Preparation For Reuse, Recycling And Capitalization Of Construction Waste, It Is Necessary To Contract Some Sorting, Treatment, Crushing And Capitalization Services Of This Waste, Provided By An Authorized Economic Operator. The Provider Is Obliged To Sort, Treat And Crush Waste Separately For Each Waste Code. He Must Also Hold An Environmental Authorization Valid For The Duration Of The Contract, For The Mentioned Services. The Amount Of Construction Waste Estimated To Be Collected From Sector 3 And Transported To The Economic Operator For Treatment And Recovery In This Sense Is Estimated Between 300 And 1000 Tons/Month The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement For 12 Months – August 2026-July 2027 Is 3,000,000 Lei + Vat (12,000 Tons/ 12 Months) Minimum Quantity For The Smallest Subsequent Contract – 5 Months 2026 (August – December 2026 300 Tons/Month X 5 Months = 1500 Tonnes) Maximum Quantity For The Smallest Subsequent Contract – 5 Months 2026 (August – December 2026 1000 Tons / Month X 5 Months = 5000 Tonnes) Minimum Quantity For The Largest Subsequent Contract – 7 Months 2027 (January – July 2027 300 Tons/Month X 7 Months = 2100 Tons) Maximum Quantity For The Largest Subsequent Contract - 7 Months 2027 (January – July 2027 1000 Tons / Month X 7 Months = 7,000 Tons)
