It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Construction Of The Zzgp It System With Extended Warranty Service For A Period Of 5 Years From Launch And Conducting Training For Users Of The Zzgp It System. 1. The Basic (Guaranteed) Subject Of The Agreement Is The Creation Of The Integrated State Border Management It System (Hereinafter Referred To As The Zzgp It System), Including: 1) Requirements Analysis And Detailed Design Of The Solution And Ui/Ux Design, 2) Development, Configuration And Implementation Of The Zzgp It System, 3) Acceptance Tests Of The Zzgp It System, 4) User Training, 5) Production Implementation Of The Zzgp It System, 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Both In The Basic Scope And Under The Option Right, In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. Opz Consists Of The Following Documents:  Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order,  Annex No. 1A - Project Description,  Annex No. 1B - Concept Of The It System For Integrated State Border Management. 3. The Contractor, As Part Of The Remuneration Referred To In §2 Section 4 Point 4 Of The Agreement Will Provide A Warranty And Guarantee For The Subject Of The Agreement Under The Conditions Specified In The Agreement And Opz, For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol By The Parties. 4. As Part Of The Warranty Referred To In Section 3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Warranty Service, Which Will Include: 1) Hosting Service; 2) Technical Assistance Service. 5. Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Plans To Commission The Development Services Of The Zzgp It System, Referred To In Chapter No. 13 Of The It System Concept For Integrated State Border Management, Constituting Annex 1B To The Opz, In An Amount Not Exceeding 3,000 Man-Hours, With The Above-Mentioned The Number Is The Upper Limit Of The Option Right. 6. The Use Of The Option Right Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Ordering Partys Obtaining Appropriate Financial Resources For The Implementation Of The Development Services Of System I Of Zzgp Under The Option Right. 7. The Option Right Is Exercised By The Ordering Party Unilaterally Submitting A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right, Financially Approved By The Chief Accountant Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration. The Ordering Party May Submit A Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right No Later Than 15 Days Before The End Of The Agreements Validity Period Resulting From The Basic (Guaranteed) Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Or The Period Indicated In The Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right, If The Ordering Party Has Already Exercised The Option Right. 8. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times Until The Upper Limit Of The Option Right Is Exhausted, I.E. 3,000 Man-Hours, And No Longer Than Within A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Protocol By The Parties. 9. Zzgp It System Development Services Under The Option Right Will Be Provided On The Basis Of Orders For The Performance Of Development (Development) Services, Hereinafter Individually Referred To As The Service Order, Granted To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Until The Maximum Number Of Hours Referred To In Section 5.
