Sewerage Management Services – Current Maintenance Of Municipal Streams With Associated Earth Reservoirs And Maintenance Works Of Outlets In The City Of Gliwice For The Years 2026-2027. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Streams With Associated Earth Reservoirs And Maintenance Works Of Outlets In The City Of Gliwice For The Years 2026-2027. 2) This Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Tasks Arising From The Water Law Act Of July 20, 2017 And Related To Flood Protection And Management In The City Of Gliwice. 3) The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 4) Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees: The Ordering Party Formulates Requirements Regarding The Need To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract Based On Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. They Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Template Agreement. 5) Due To The Specification Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Formulate The Requirements Specified In Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law.
