Street-Cleaning Services – Contract For Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Street Sanitation Service In Calarasi Municipality, Calarasi County. The Delegation Of The Management Of The Public Sanitation Service In The Municipality Of Calarasi Will Be Carried Out For The Following Activities: A) Sweeping, Washing And Sprinkling Of Public Roads In The Locality, Including The Collection And Transport Of Soil And Stone Waste From Public Roads To Waste Depots, As Well As Waste From Street Bins To Waste Depots And/Or Treatment Facilities, B) Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Ice Or Frost. The Detailed Description Of The Quantities, The Type Of Sub-Activities As Well As The Way Of Carrying Out The Contract Can Be Found In The Specifications Related To Each Activity And In The Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supplement The Quantities That Are The Object Of The Service, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Law 98/2016, If It Is Necessary To Expand The Service Area, Respectively The Introduction Of New Streets, Parking Lots, Etc. The Component Activities Of The Public Sanitation Service That Are The Subject Of This Procedure Are Carried Out For A Period Of 5 Years. Note: The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Date Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days.
