The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Comprehensive Modernization With Retrofitting Elevators And Development Of The Adjacent Area In The Buildings - Wawerska 17 And 15 In The Form Of: Preparation Of All Necessary Analyses, Studies, Inventories, Tests, Excavations And Supplementary Expertise Necessary For The Proper Design Of The Reconstruction, Superstructure, Thermal Modernization, Retrofitting Buildings With Elevators And Land Development. 2. Design Documentation Is To Be Prepared Separately For Each Building And Must Take Into Account The Existing Technical Condition Of The Buildings, Their Structural Layout, The Need To Adapt The Facilities To Applicable Regulations, Improve Accessibility For People With Disabilities, Verification, Assessment Of Suitability For Further Use, Modernization, Reconstruction Or Expansion Of Existing Installations, Including Installations Made On The Basis Of Previous Design Studies Provided By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out The Reconstruction, Superstructure, Thermal Modernization And Adaptation Of Buildings To Current Technical And Functional Requirements, And Solutions Ensuring Technical, Functional And Economic Rationality Of The Planned Investment. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Administrative Decisions And Permits Necessary To Complete The Task. 3. The Documentation Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve, I.E. Enable The Conduct Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works, Implementation Of Construction Works And Achievement Of The Expected Technical, Energy, Functional And Aesthetic Effect, Including The Preparation By The Contractor Of A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Construction Works Contract In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order For Stages I-Iv Is Specified In The Contract Template Together With A Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Annexes, Which Constitute Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Stage V: Participation Of The Designer In The Tender Procedure On The Part Of The Ordering Party, For Performing Authors Supervision And For Execution Of Energy Performance Certificates For Each Building Will Be Signed No Later Than 3 Days From The Date Of Initiation Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Contractor Of Construction Works, Which Contains Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of Stage V, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz. This Agreement Will Constitute 10%.
