The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Delivery, Assembly, Installation, As Well As Warranty Service Of Network And Server Equipment, Components For Installation And Management (Estimated Amount Of Equipment 88 Pieces), Extension Of Warranty Support For Existing Equipment/Licenses And Software (Estimated Amount Of 45 Pieces Of Extended Warranties, License Renewals And Software) In Order To Provide The Cloud Infrastructure Serving The Activities Of The Medical University - Varna. The Amount And Type Of Supplies Or Services Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities (Bom) Are Estimated And The Employer Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Indicated Volumes, Including To Request Deliveries Of Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification (Ts). Extended Support For Available Equipment And Software Products Includes: Access To Software Updates And Replacement Of Defective Equipment Or Its Elements. The Order Includes Periodic Deliveries Of Equipment, Software Products And Licenses, And/Or Services, Previously Requested And Specified By Type (Commercial Nomenclature), Technical Data, Completeness And Quantities, Detailed In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification (Ts). The Offered Unit Price Of Any Equipment, Software Products And Licenses Shall Be For A Single Unit And Shall Include All Activities And Expenses Of The Contractor Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Delivery (Packing, Unpacking, Loading, Unloading, Transport And Other Costs, Taxes, Fees, Duties) And Shall Represent The Full And Final Unit Price For The Execution Of The Order. Installation/Installation Activities And Equipment Integration, As Well As Installation And Configuration Services Of New Or Existing Equipment Or Software Product, Performing It Consulting And Auditing Activities Are Paid Based On The Hourly Rate Specified By The Participant In The Price Proposal, Which Must Include All Costs Of The Contractor Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Implementation Of These Activities, Including Site Visits. The Offered Equipment And Software Must Have Parameters Identical To Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
