Hotel Services – Faculty Retreat@Epfl. This Contract Concerns The Selection Of A Location In Switzerland Intended To Host The Epfl Faculty Retreat, An Institutional Event Bringing Together Up To 250 Participants (Professors, Mers And Academic Executives). The Contract Includes The Provision Of Suitable Infrastructure For A Plenary Conference And Parallel Workshops Over Two Consecutive Days, As Well As The Reception, Catering, Accommodation And Logistical Support Services Necessary For The Event. A Preparatory Event (Anp) Bringing Together Around 50 People Is Organized The Day Before The First Day; Accommodation For These Participants Must Be Provided On The Main Site. Epfl Wishes To Establish A Multi-Year Collaboration With The Same Venue In Order To Guarantee Organizational Continuity And Constant Quality Of The Event. The Faculty Retreat Takes Place Every Year Between The End Of The Vaud School Holidays And The Start Of The Epfl Academic Year.
