The Subject Of The Work Is The 1St Stage Of The Reconstruction Of An Approximately 40-Year-Old Building, Originally Intended As An Administrative Building In An Industrial Area, Which Was Converted Into An Apartment Building Approximately 21 Years Ago Through Construction Modifications And A Change Of Use. The Building Consists Of A Total Of Three Parts: The Entrance Part Consists Of One Above-Ground Floor, To Which A Single-Floor Building Is Attached (Parts B And C). Behind The Entrance Building Is A Multi-Storey Building (Part A). The Work Will Be Implemented In Two Stages. Currently, Only The First Stage Will Be Implemented. The First Stage Will Include The Reconstruction Of Building B, C, An Addition To Building B And The Demolition Of The Entrance Gate (A Building Connected To Building B), Building A Is Included In The Second Stage. Part Of The First Stage Will Be The Total Reconstruction Of Part Of The Premises Of Building B For The Use Of Premises As Offices, Halls, Ambulance, Asylum House And Entrance Hall, And Part C For The Use Of Premises As A Low-Threshold Day Center And Hostel.
