Electricity - Electricity Supply And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of Byala Municipality, Varna Region. Supply Of Electricity At Low Voltage Level With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances, For The Sites Of The Contracting Party Specified In The Technical Specification For A Period Of 12 Months. The Contractor Should Provide A Combined Service - Sale Of Electric Energy And Payment For The Services Access To And Transmission Through The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing. In Its Capacity As Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractor Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including Administration Of The Clients Hourly Consumption Schedules, And Include The Clients Sites In A Standard Balancing Group. The Contractor Should Provide Forecasting Of The Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites And Carry Out Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Amounts Of Electrical Energy, According To Ptee. The Total Estimated Quantity For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy Determined By The Contracting Authority For The Term Of The Contract Is 820,000Kwh /820Mwh/
