Environmental Services - Investigation Of Pfas (20), Aof And Tfa In Industrial And Commercial Wastewater Discharges. The Content Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Without A Minimum Purchase Obligation For The Determination Of The Sum Of Pfas In Accordance With Eu Official Journal C/2024/4910 (Pfas 20), The Sum Parameter Adsorbable Organically Bound Fluorine (Aof) And The Individual Substance Trifluoroacetic Acid (Tfa) Over A Period Of 4 Years From The Award Of The Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Test Each Sample For The Parameters Pfas(20), Aof And Tfa. The Estimated Sample Volume Per Year Is Distributed As Follows: 2026: Max. 150 Samples 2027: Max. 300 Samples 2028: Max. 300 Samples 2029: Max. 300 Samples 2030: Max. 150 Samples The Framework Agreement In The Form Of A Work Contract (See Form 414) Is Concluded Without A Minimum Purchase Quantity And With Annual Upper Limits Stated In Table 1. Since The Stated Number Of Samples Is Only An Estimate By The Ag And Under Certain Circumstances Additional Analyzes May Be Useful And Necessary, It May Happen In The Respective Year That The Upper Limits Are Not Sufficient. In Such A Case, After Mutual Agreement Between The Contracting Parties, The Upper Limits Will Be Increased Accordingly Based On The Existing Remuneration Rates And Contract. Increases Of Up To A Maximum Of 25 Percent, Based On The Respective Upper Limit, Are Possible Without A New Competitive Award Procedure.
