This Procedure Is Organized In Application Of Decree 2011-1474 Of November 8, 2011 And Its Orders. Its Purpose Is To Establish A Participation Agreement For The Implementation Of Additional Coverage Of Health Costs For The Benefit Of Agents Of The City And The Ccas Of Mérignac. The Personnel Concerned By This Participation Agreement Are: - Permanent Agents And Non-Permanent Agents Of The City And The Ccas Of Mérignac. - Retired From The City And Ccas Of Mérignac. The Additional Social Protection Guarantees Requested (Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Of Decree No. 2011-1474 Of November 8, 2011) Relate To The Risks Of Harm To The Physical Integrity Of The Person And The Risks Linked To Maternity, Referred To As “Health” Risk. Funding Is Provided From The Own Resources Of The City And The Ccas Of Mérignac Through Their Operating Budgets And Contributions From Member Agents. Payment Is Made By Administrative Mandate, With An Overall Payment Deadline Of 30 Days
