Telephone And Data Transmission Services – Delivery, Setup And Service Of Telephony And Provider Services From The City Of Aachen, Lot 2: Provider Services. Lot 2 Covers The Provision, Operation And Further Development Of The Providers, Connection And Transport Infrastructure For Voice And Data Communication In The City Of Aachen. The Services Ensure Network And Voice Connectivity For All Locations Covered By Lot 1. The Aim Is To Consolidate All Decentralized Ip-Based Landline Connections Into A Central Sip Trunk. The Focus Is On The Current Redundant Sip Trunk. This Is To Be Replaced By A Highly Available Sip Trunk With A Capacity Of At Least 600 Simultaneous Voice Channels. Scaling For An Additional 400 Simultaneous Voice Channels Must Be Possible. As Part Of A Transition, Locations And Their Phone Numbers That Meet The Requirements And Are Therefore Integrated Into The City Of Aachens Ip Network Should Be Migrated To The Central Sip Trunk. Exceptions Are Locations That Would Meet The Requirements For Migration To The Central Sip Trunk, But The Client Decides Against It For Other Reasons. In The Future, These Should Be Taken Over By The Contractor With Products For Decentralized Sip Trunk Connections Or With Products For Voice And Data Services With The Previous Location-Based Telephone Number. The Same Applies To Locations That Cannot Be Integrated Into The Ags Ip Network During The Contract Term. The Central Access Connection (Carrier Connection) For The Sip Trunk Should Be Connected To The Contractors Provider Network On The Basis Of A Physically Redundant And Disjointly Routed Feed - Preferably Via Fiber Optics. The Service Transfer Point Of The Contractors Access Connection To The Client Network Is The Customer Premise Equipment Interface Provided And Managed By The Contractor In The Client Service Providers Data Center. The Sip Service Is Further Transported To The End Point Via The Central Voip Telecommunications System With Unified Communication Capabilities (Voip/Uc-Tk System) According To Lot 1 Based On The Ip Network Of The Client And Its Service Provider. Connections For Medium-Sized And Small Locations The Following Requirements Describe The Target Status Of Connection Variants For Small And Medium-Sized Locations In The City Of Aachen. These Must Be Taken Over And Continued To Be Operated By The Contractor Until A Possible Migration To The Central Sip Trunk. Category A: - Decentralized Sip Trunk Selected Locations Should Be Equipped With A Decentralized All-Ip Sip Trunk. This Serves Either As An Independent Supply Or As A Geo-Redundant Fallback Level To The Central Sip Trunk, In Particular To Ensure Emergency Call Capability In The Event Of A Primary Connection Failure. Category B: Ip Connection For Simple Telephony For Analogue Connection Devices This Connection Is Used To Connect Individual Analogue Devices (E.G. Fax Group 3, Door Intercoms, Dect Telephones Or Emergency Telephones). The Location Is Transmitted Via A Permanent Transmission
