The Purpose Of The Proposed Public Contract Is To Provide Material Security Services For Built And Undeveloped Land On Behalf Of The Epf Ile-De-France, In The Orcod Sector Clichy-Sous-Bois, Grigny, Mantes-La-Jolie And Villepinte, And Any Other Sector Falling Within The Framework Of Operations For The Requalification Of Degraded Co-Ownerships Of National Interest (Orcod-In). The Services Concern Built Or Unbuilt Property, Occupied Or Vacant, Of Which The Establishment Is The Owner. The Description Of The Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Indicated In The Cctp. The Framework Agreement Includes Fixed And Unit Prices, In Accordance With Article R2112-6 Of The Public Procurement Code. It Is Specified As Indicated In The Bpu, That The Annual Prices Will Be Prorated To The Actual Duration. In Accordance With Articles R.2162-13 And 14 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Single-Award Framework Agreement Has No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of €13,800,000 Excluding Tax. It Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders Over Time.
