The Assignment Concerns A Service In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012 And Essentially Includes: Deployment Of Physical Security In Combination With Hostmanship At The Locations Of The Municipality Of Hoeksche Waard: Oud-Beijerland And Maasdam. At The Same Time, The Municipality Has Expanded The Role Of The Security Officer To A Hospitable, Digitally Skilled Host(Ess). In Addition To Monitoring Safety, The Security Guard Provides Support In Welcoming And Guiding Visitors. The Total Size (For Four (4) Years) Of The Assignment Is Approximately €546,000 Excluding Vat. The Size Is Based On Historical Figures And A Spending Analysis Over Recent Years. The Current Estimate Is Based On The Deployment Of Four (4) Permanent Security Guards And Two (2) Flexible Security Guards. However, The Municipality Is Investigating The Possibility Of Expanding The Deployment Of Security Guards In The Coming Years, Including By Structurally Deploying Security Guards At The Maasdam Location, In Addition To The Current Deployment In Oud-Beijerland. If This Development Is Implemented, The Required Workforce Could Approximately Double. According To Current Insights, Such An Expansion Entails An Additional Annual Cost Of Approximately € 88,000 Excluding Vat. Over A Period Of Four (4) Years, This Means A Potential Increase Of Approximately €352,000 Excluding Vat, Bringing The Total Value Of The Assignment (For Four (4) Years) To Approximately €898,000 Excluding Vat. Due To Case Law (Judgment Ecli:Eu:C:2018:1034), The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Include A Maximum Number Of Partial Contracts And/Or A Maximum Amount In Its Tender Documents. This Order Has A Maximum Value Of €1,796,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term, Including Any Extension Options (For Eight (8) Years). If The Maximum Value Of € 1,796,000 Excluding Vat Is Reached Within The Contract Term, The Agreement Will Terminate By Operation Of Law When The Aforementioned Maximum Value Is Reached.
