The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Removal Of Leaks In The Water Supply Network On The Territory Of The City Of Ruse And The Ruse Region, Served By Water Supply And Sewerage Ltd. - The City Of Ruse, Using Trenchless (Trenchless) Technology, In Accordance With The Companys Needs For The Duration Of The Contract. The Applied Trenchless Technology Should Self-Detect The Points Inside The Pipe Where There Is A Leak /Water Loss From The Street Water Supply And The Building Water Supply Diversion/Svo/ To The Water Meter/ And Remove Them. The Used (Repair) Material Should Act Only In The Areas Of Leaks. It Is Mandatory To Treat The Leaks In The Svo During The Same Sealing (Repair) Cycle. In The Treatment Of The Individual Sections Of The Water Pipeline, Determined By The Project Prepared By The Contractor, An Established Technological Sequence Is Observed. It Is The Contractors Duty To Perform The Necessary Hydrostatic Tests On Water Pipe Sections Prior To The Application Of The Trenchless Leak Detection Technology. After Presentation Of The Results Of Hydrostatic Tests By The Contractor, The Employer Will Indicate To Him Which Sections Of The Water Supply Network Will Be Subject To Treatment. The Contracting Authority, By Sending A Letter Of Assignment To The Contractor, Indicates The Location Of The Object, Specifies The Type Of Work To Be Performed, Sets The Deadline For The Performance Of The Assigned Task After Coordination With The Contractor. The Duration Of The Treatment Procedure For An Area/Section Of The Object Should Not Exceed 8 Hours From The Start Of The Procedure.
