Air-Traffic Control Services – Acquisition Of Afis Service. 57/2016 Of Hévíz-Balaton Airport Kft. On The Rules For The Provision And Procedures Of Air Traffic Services. (Xii. 22) On The Basis Of § 6 Of The Nfm Decree (Hereinafter: Nfm Decree), It Is Obliged To Provide A Flight Information Service At Hévíz-Balaton Airport (Lhsm) For At Least 4,100 Hours A Year During The Airports Opening Hours. I. The Laws Governing The Service Provider Are, In Particular, The Following: Xcvii Of 1995 On Air Transport. Based On The Provisions Of The Act, The Airport Flight Information Service Is Designated By The Minister In The Event That There Is A Valid Agreement Between The Airport Operator And The Organization Wishing To Provide The Service And The Organization Wishing To Provide The Service Has The Commissions Executive Order (Eu) 2017/373 Issued By The Aviation Authority (March 1, 2017) On Air Traffic Services/Air Navigation Services And Other With A Valid Certificate In Accordance With The Definition Of Common Requirements For Service Providers Providing Air Traffic Service Network Functions And Their Supervision, As Well As The Repeal Of Regulation (Ec) No. 482/2008, Executive Regulation (Eu) No. 1034/2011, No. 1035/2011/Eu And (Eu) No. 2016/1377, As Well As The Regulation Amending Regulation No. 677/2011/Eu. 17/2008 On The License And Training Of Air Navigation Service And Air Traffic Service Personnel. (Iv. 30.) Gkm Decree (Hereinafter: Gkm Decree) Establishes The Requirements For The Specialist Staff Employed By Air Navigation Service Providers (Flight Information Specialist Staff) And Their Training. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Comply With Art. 17/2008 On The Professional Service License And Training Of Air Navigation Service And Air Traffic Service Personnel. (Iv. 30.) Gkm Decree To Continuously Comply With The Requirements For Specialized Staff Employed By Air Navigation Service Providers (Flight Information Specialist Staff) And Their Training. During The Duration Of The Service Contract, The Service Provider And The Client Enter Into A Cooperation Agreement, The Condition Of Which Is That The Service Provider Has At Least 5 Flight Information Officers With A Professional Service License Who Have An Airport (Afis) Authorization And A Workplace Extension For Sármellék Airport (Lhsm). It Is Also The Responsibility Of The Service Provider To Ensure The Training Of Specialist Personnel In Accordance With This Regulation, Which Can Be Continued With A Training Permit Issued By The Aviation Authority, So The Existence Of This Is Also A Condition For The Conclusion Of The Cooperation Agreement. If The Air Traffic Justifies It, The Service Provider Provides The Air Traffic Service Necessary To Extend The Operating Hours Within A Given Day. In Case Of Extraordinary Opening Hours, The Air Traffic Service Must Be Organized And Provided Within 4 Hours. The Client Is Obliged To Issue A Notam For The Modified Opening Hours. The Service Provider Is Obliged To: - Apply The Afis Service
