Telephone And Data Transmission Services – Delivery, Setup And Service Of Telephony And Provider Services From The City Of Aachen, Lot 1: Telephony Services. Lot 1 Includes The Provision, Migration, Operation And Further Development Of A Central Voip And Unified Communications Platform For The City Of Aachen, Including An Integrated Contact Center Solution. The Contractor Is Responsible For A Highly Available, Scalable And Secure Overall System That Is Integrated Into The Existing It, Network And Data Center Infrastructure. The Client Is Pursuing A Hybrid System Architecture And Solution Approach For The Future Voip/Uc-Tk System. The Aim Is To Combine A Highly Available, On-Premise Enterprise Voip Platform With A Highly Available And Highly Scalable Unified Communication And Collaboration Solution In An Integrated Overall Architecture. The Enterprise Voip Call Control Component Must Be Installed And Operated Within The Data Center Infrastructure Of The Clients Service Provider. The Connection To The Public Telephone Network Takes Place Via A Centrally Provided, Redundant Sbc Infrastructure In The Same Data Center Network. Lot 2 (Provider Services) Defines The Scope Of Services Of The Central Sip Trunk, Which Must Be Provided By The Contractor Of Lot 2. The Redundancy Of The Central Call Control Must Be Designed Within The Existing Data Center Areas (Rz1 And Rz2) In Such A Way That The Failure Of Individual Components Or Data Center Areas Does Not Lead To A Complete Failure Of Voice Communication. Geographical Redundancy Across Multiple Data Center Locations Is Not Subject To This Requirement. The Solution Should Be Manufacturer-Independent And Can Be Implemented Without Proprietary Cluster Mechanisms. All That Is Required Is The Basic Ability To Design For High Availability And To Logically Distribute The Components Within The Existing Data Center Infrastructure. The Unified Communication Functionalities Are To Be Provided As A Scalable Hybrid Or Cloud Solution. If Components Are Operated As A Cloud Service, They Must Be Operated In A Data Center Within The European Economic Area. The Overall Architecture Must Be Designed So That Additional Services - Especially Contact Center Functionalities - Can Be Integrated Both As On-Premises Components And As Cloud-Based Services (Ccaas). The Integration Must Take Place Via Open, Documented And Manufacturer-Independent Interfaces. Minimum Technical Requirements - Voip Platform The Enterprise Voip Platform To Be Delivered Must Support At Least The Following Capacities For Parallel Operation: - At Least 4,000 Ip Desk Phones - Up To 5,000 Softphones (A Major Migration From Ip Desk Phones To Softphones Is Planned During The Contract Term) - For At Least 1,000 Smartphones And Approx. 1,000 Ipads - At Least 1,200 Analog Connections Via Standardized Analog Voip Gateways - Central Sbc Function For The Sip Trunk With At Least 600 Simultaneous G
