The Ordering Party Offers A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Facility Services, Including Primarily Cleaning Services In Office Areas, Technical Facilities, Production Areas And Stations As Well As Associated Ad Hoc Tasks Of A Smaller Scale. The Framework Agreement Includes Both Planned And Need-Based Services And Covers The Ordering Partys Locations, As Described In More Detail In The Tender Documents. The Services Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Tender Conditions, The Framework Agreement And Associated Annexes. The Framework Agreement Is Generally Awarded To One Supplier And Has An Expected Term Of 3 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To A Total Of 6 Years.
