The Project Should Be Planned With An Integral Planning Team Consisting Of Several Specialist Disciplines Up To Service Phase 4 According To Hoai (See 2.3 For Project Participants). The Contractor Is To Optimize The Preliminary Design Of The New Building In Lph 2 In Collaboration With The External Sustainability Coordinator/Auditor As Well As The Clients Climate Adaptation Management/Quality Management, Energy Management And Project Management. The Comparison Of The Various Life Cycle Cost Calculations Is Carried Out By The Client. The Necessary Additional Work, Coordination And Implementation In The Preliminary Draft By The Contractor Are Part Of The Contractors Performance. After The Design Has Been Approved By The Client, A Combined Planning And Construction Decision Is Obtained From The Dortmund City Council. The Contractors Services Include The Creation Of An Approved Barrier-Free Concept. After Completion Of Service Phase 4, With Obtaining The Building Permit And Submission Of The Positive Council Decision, The Project Will Be Awarded To A Total Contractor Through An Eu-Wide Negotiation Process With A Preliminary Participation Competition. The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned Procedure Is A Functional Service Description To Be Created By The General Planner With The Input Of The Project Team. If Necessary, The Total Contractor Adapts The Planning Of The Lph 3 To His Module/System Dimensions And, If Necessary, Submits A Tecture For The Building Application. The Contractors Scope Of Work Includes The Planning And Construction Quality Assurance Of The Services Commissioned From The Total Contractor, In Particular Lph 3-5 And 8 (See Chapter 3 Subject Of Services).
