The Project Serves To Support The Bmukn Within The Scope Of Its Departmental Responsibilities. The Following Services Must Be Provided In Detail: Work Package 1 (Wp 1): Examinations In Connection With Eu Dossiers Wp 1.1: Preparation Of Legal Opinions, Background Papers And Presentations (Including Presentation As A Video Conference) To Clarify Preliminary Questions About The Relevant Eu Dossiers (15 Papers Of 10 Din A4 Pages Each; In The Case Of The Optional Extension Of The Term: Up To 5 Further Papers Of 10 Each Din A4 Pages). Wp 1.2: Preparation Of Short Reports Or Ad-Hoc Examinations For The Evaluation Of Regulatory And Measure Proposals, Strategy Papers Or Other Technical Contributions To The Further Development Of The European Climate Protection Legal Framework (Short Reports And Ad-Hoc Examinations: 30 Papers, Each With Approx. 5 Din A4 Pages; In The Case Of The Optional Extension Of The Term: Up To 10 Additional Papers Of 5 Din A4 Pages Each). Work Package 2 (Wp 2): Examinations In Connection With The National Implementation Of European Law And The General Development Of National Law Wp 2.1: Preparation Of Legal And, If Necessary, Economic Reports, Background Papers And Presentations As Well As Regulatory Options For The Legal Implementation Of The European Requirements In National Climate Protection, Energy And Technical Law And For The General Further Development Of The National Legal Framework Relevant To Climate Protection, Including Energy Law And Including Associated Interactions With Other Technical Laws, For Example From Emissions Control, Circular Economy Or Planning Law, As Well As Through New Climate Protection Legislation (23 Reports Of 10 Din A4 Pages Each; In The Case Of The Optional Extension Of The Term: Up To 7 Additional Papers Of 10 Din A4 Pages Each). Wp 2.2: Preparation Of Short Reports Or Ad-Hoc Tests To Evaluate Proposals For Regulations And Measures On The Above-Mentioned Topics (20 Short Reports, Each With Approx. 5 Din A4 Pages; In The Case Of The Optional Extension Of The Term: Up To 8 Additional Papers Of 5 Din A4 Pages Each). The Working Group Should Be Able To Access A Range Of Services From The Subject Areas Mentioned Under Ap 1 And Ap 2 If Required (Optional). Optional Services Are Requested Individually By The Client Up To The Maximum Number. Within The Individual Option, The Ag Reserves The Right To Only Partially Access The Service Described.
